PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet seat device which is installed in a Western-style toilet stool, has high safety, and can be decreased in cost. SOLUTION: This toilet seat device is equipped with a toilet seat body 2 on which a toilet seat 3 is mounted, a human-body detecting means 7, and a deodorant ejecting means which is housed in the toilet seat body 2 and which ejects a deodorant into the toilet stool in accordance with the detection of the human body by the means 7. The toilet seat body 2 is equipped with a replaceable deodorant spray 10, and the deodorant ejecting means 11 which is housed in the toilet seat body 2 and ejects the deodorant of the deodorant spray 10 into the toilet stool in accordance with the detection of the human body by the means 7.
