PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a container 4 from being damaged while being transported in an inclined section 2B. SOLUTION: A first rotating belt 16 is provided in a horizontal section 2A on the upstream side of the inclined section 2B, and a second rotating belt 18 is provided in a horizontal section 2C on the downstream side. A first sensor 20 and a second sensor 22 are provided in the inclined section 2B. A control means controls the operation of the rotating belts 16, 18 according to signals from the sensors 20, 22. At the start of operation, a second rotating belt 18 is stopped to supply the container 4 from the first rotating belt 16. When the first sensor 20 on the downstream side turns on for a fixed time, the second rotating belt 18 is rotated to perform delivery. When the second sensor 22 on the upstream side is turned on, the first rotating belt 16 is stopped, and when the first sensor 20 is turned off, the second rotating belt 18 is stopped.
