The device has a base body with two U-shanks connected with one another across a connecting bridge (5). The bridge has a setscrew that has a pivoted spreading wedge (25) which is inserted by shifting the setscrew between clamping guides. The wedge presses the guides during the movement of the setscrew. The bridge has a bearing section (70), in which the setscrew is supported to be shifted traverse to its actuation of a bolt.
