<p>A vacuum cleaner has running wheels (2) located on both sides in the region of the rear of its housing (1). The wheels overlap the plane of the housing rear (3) at a peripheral position, at least marginally. In the region of the top side (5) of the housing, an edge (6) projecting backwards is provided. The projection of the edge is dimensioned so that the plane defined by the overlapping peripheral position of the running wheels and the free end of the edge lie outside the rear side of the housing. The vacuum cleaner is provided with a cover part (4) overlapping not only the dust chamber provided in the vacuum cleaner housing but also the fan chamber following this. The cover part forms the projecting edge with its free end.</p> |
