<p>An adhesive patch which contains tandospirone or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as a medicinal ingredient and has a sufficiently high rate of percutaneous absorption. A preferred embodiment of the adhesive patch comprises a support and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer disposed on one side of the support, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer comprising: a medicinal ingredient which comprises tandospirone and/or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and is contained in an amount of 5-30 mass% based on the amount of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer; an acrylic polymer and/or a styrene block copolymer; and an organic acid and/or a salt thereof.</p>
