A layer-built capacitor capable of enhancing the ESR without adding other parts (21). First and second internal electrodes (30 and 31) confronting each other to form electrostatic capacities comprise capacity forming portions (34 and 37) functioning to form electrostatic capacities, a terminal connection portion (35) to be connected with a corresponding external terminal electrode (32), and a drawing portion (36) for connecting the capacity forming portions (34 and 37) and the terminal connection portion (35). The drawing portion (36) is not only made narrower than the individual widths of the capacity forming portions (34 and 37) and the terminal connection portion (35) but also curved in the thick direction so as to enlarge an effective length.
