The packaging (1) comprises a container (3) with a closable aperture (5) and an outwardly folding spout. It is suitable for granular, powder-form or fluid materials. The spout (7) comprises two triangular wall parts (15) extending from the surface of the side wall (13), each of which with a first edge (17) is releasably connected with the upper side (9). With a second edge (19) they are releasably fixed to the side wall (13) and with a third edge (21) they are hingeably connected to each other. - When the spout is folded inwards or outwards from one position to the other, an intermediate postiion in which it is under tension is passed, whereby past this piont the spout folds of its own volition to the other position. The intermediate position is formed by the position of the spout, whereby the wall parts are located in a line between the hinge points (23). The side walls (25) in this position of the spout are necessarily bent outwards.
