PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric conductive paste suitable for fire through even the dependency of contact resistance for an anti-reflective film is small, and the contact resistance is low.

SOLUTION: The conductive paste is disposed on a silicon substrate through silicon oxide or silicon nitride to form an electrode. The conductive paste mainly comprises silver powder, glass powder, an organic vehicle, and an organic solvent, to which chloride is added.
