PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC-DC converter for preventing its function from completely stopping when an overcurrent is detected, and driven by a phase shift system for preventing a full bridge inverter circuit from being failed by the overcurrent. SOLUTION: Switching transistors for constituting the full bridge inverter circuit 3 and implemented on upper and lower sides of a second arm are simultaneously turned off, and normally operate when reaching a next pulse. The overcurrent can be prevented from flowing in the full bridge inverter circuit. A pulse transformer is not magnetically saturated when the full bridge inverter circuit is driven by the next pulse again. The DC-DC converter can convert a voltage into an appropriate value.
