PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure comfortable telephone conversation even in a place of high background noise level and high echo like a bathroom. SOLUTION: The loud telephone conversation device comprises a section 40 for detecting the background noise level contained in a transmission signal collected by means of a microphone 1, a background noise level determination section 41 for comparing a background noise level detected at the background noise level detecting section 40 with a predetermined threshold and outputting a control command when the threshold is exceeded, and a section 42 for stopping a facility becoming a noise source when the control command is received from the background noise level determination section 41. Since the facility stop section 42 stops a facility becoming a noise source when the background noise exceeds a threshold, background noise level in bathroom lowers and comfortable telephone conversation is ensured.
