PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trimming die which can prevent the jumping-up of a scrap material located above a window frame shape scrap material when the window frame shape scrap material produced by trimming is cut off. SOLUTION: A draw panel W put on a base seat 3 is fixed by a pad 8. Next, a block 6 descends, and the tip end portion of a projecting portion 12 comes into contact with the surface of the portion to become the scrap material 11a. As a result, the scrap material 11a is pushed by the projecting portion 12, and deforms so as to warp upward at first. Then, after the leading scrap material has been cut off and has fallen, the scrap material 11a is nipped between a scrap cutter 4 and the projecting portion 12. As a result, the scrap material 11a deforms so as to restore the shape to the original shape this time. As described above, the total plastic deformation is reduced by preliminarily bending the scrap material 11a in the opposite direction. Therefore, the scrap material 11a does not cause the jumping-up even when the projecting portion 12 has separated from the scrap cutter 4 with the rise of an upper press shearing block 7 in separating the dies.
