PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pot for solving a problem that an earthenware pot has a superior heat-retaining property, a hot-pot is very popular cooking in a cold season, however, when continuously used, the sauce is gradually thinned; even if a person dedicates to select ingredients of the hot-pot, there is no gainsaying that the thinning of the sauce is inconsistent and it is rather an extreme logic but the thinning is a fault of all the hot-pot served with the sauce. SOLUTION: This pot such as the earthenware pot and a 'sukiyaki' pan used for cooking and also as tableware is provided with a cylindrical tube in the center of the pot and a tray 1 with a lid 2 for draining and drying the ingredients is disposed thereon, namely, at the center of the pot in the upper part separated from the water level.
