PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new sampling method for microorganisms that can effectively collect or sample microorganisms remaining on test faces, in more detail, sampling and testing methods for microorganisms that can simply detect the existence of microorganisms and/or the number of microorganisms remaining on the test faces in real time in no need of cultivation. SOLUTION: When an adhesive sheet for testing microorganisms having a wet-sticky layer that develops stickiness in the presence of water or hydrophilic medium is used, the microorganisms on the surface of an specimen.
