The tread pattern on either side of the centerline (A) is similar. It has first grooves (6,6b) inclined at a sharp angle to the right and extending to intersect second grooves (7,6a) extending inward from the edge with a slight inclination to the left. The second grooves continue inward across the lateral circumferential grooves (1) and curve sharply left (3,3a) as they approach the central circumferential groove (2). The tread on either side of the lateral circumferential grooves is forms inner regions (M) and outer regions (S) of equal width with grooved (6c) shoulders.
