The method involves forming a BDE-point with predefined distribution rules, creating a priority sequence of the distribution rules, and allocating at least one production warehouse to a BDE point. Counts and ledger stock levels are determined, and the difference between them is determined for one BDE point. The production tasks for the BDE point are determined, and distribution is performed according to the distribution rules. An independent claim is included for a production plant.
