PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drastically reduce time and labor of a user required for registering location information corresponding to the place of action of a schedule.

SOLUTION: A schedule management server SVSa calculates location information collection time on the basis of start time and end time included in schedule information to store the time in a location information collection management table 134 when the location information on 'a destination place name' included in the schedule information registered on a schedule database 132 is not registered. Then, when time comes to the stored location information collection time, information on the latitude and longitude of a PHS base station BS in the area of which an applicable location information transmission device PD is present or a tag reader TR is acquired from a location information acquisition server SVP, and the acquired information on the latitude and longitude is associated with 'the destination place name' to be stored in a destination place/position correspondence table 133.
