PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mouth cylindrical part thermal crystallization treatment process high in productivity and a biaxial stretch blow molding process by developing a thermal crystallization treatment method using an inverted transport type tool capable of obtaining the mouth cylindrical part of a preform having high dimensional precision. SOLUTION: In the method for the thermal crystallization treatment of the mouth cylindrical part of the preform in a state that the preform made of a PET resin for biaxial stretch blow molding is installed on the inverted transport type tool, the preform is mounted in a state that an interval is formed under the top surface of the mouth cylindrical part of the preform to subject the mouth cylindrical part of the preform to thermal crystallization treatment.
