PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately analyze a potential distribution in an apparatus having electric field dependence of conductivity. SOLUTION: An analysis method for analyzing the potential distribution of the apparatus having electric field dependence of the conductivity in an information processing unit having a writable-and-readable memory is provided. The analysis method includes a division step for mesh-dividing the simulation model of the above apparatus, and storing the data obtained by the above division. Also, the analysis method includes a potential calculation step for calculating the potential of each element based on both the electric field intensity in each element divided in the above division step and the conductivity corresponding to the above electric field intensity, and storing the calculation result into the above memory.
