PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the influence on the evaluation of temperature characteristics caused by an electromagnetic wave radiated or received from an object to be tested, by making it possible to constantly hold the ambient temperature of the object to be tested in a electromagnetic shielding room in which a wave absorber containing a wave absorbing member is provided. SOLUTION: In a dark room for radio wave, the wave absorber containing the wave absorbing member is formed on the inner surface of the electromagnetic shielding room. In the dark room, in addition, a passage connected to the outside, a cover which covers the whole body of the object to be tested except an opening partially formed in the cover, and an air circulating duct which is extended from the inside to the outside of the dark room through the passage, are provided.
