PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mail transfer apparatus capable of transferring and outputting only a necessary part in an electronic mail to a prescribed communication apparatus with simple configuration. SOLUTION: The mail transfer apparatus is provided with: a transmitting/receiving part 11 for transmitting/receiving an e-mail; a specification part 15 for specifying a prescribed message body to be transferred with a prescribed communication device as a transfer destination; a detecting part 19 for detecting a prescribed message body from the e-mail received by the transmitting/receiving part 11; a conversion part 21 for converting the prescribed message body into output data; and creation part 23 for creating an e-mail for output by using the output data as an attached file, thereby transferring the e-mail for output to a transferred destination.
