PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a seal, which can show stable and sure sealing performance even if a shrink range of the seal scatters, and further to provide a spider joint. SOLUTION: Lip portions are composed of two cylindrical axial lips 421, 422 alone (Radial lips are not provided.), which extend respectively by different lengths in the axial direction of a seal 4. In addition, a conical neck tilting surface portion 221 making an angle of 45°with respect to the axis is provided at a neck portion 22 of the spider 2.
