PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate-less pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet having excellent unevenness follow-up properties and high-temperature holding properties, exhibiting sufficient adhesive strength to an adherend and simply releasable without damaging the adherend during releasing. SOLUTION: The substrate-less pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is produced by coating the top surface of a release liner with a photopolymerizable composition comprising a monomer mixture composed of (A) a vinylic monomer consisting essentially of an alkyl (meth)acrylate of a 4-14C alkyl alcohol and a polar group-containing monomer copolymerizable therewith, (b) a lipophilic layer clay mineral, (c) a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate which is a cross-linking agent, (e) a photopolymerization initiator and, as necessary, (d) a coupling agent and then carrying out photopolymerization. The resultant substrate-less pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet has 200-2,000% breaking elongation, 50-200 N/cm<SP>2</SP>breaking stress and 1-30 N/20 mm width adhesive strength to a stainless plate and is releasable without damaging the adherend when laminated to the adherend and pulled at 1-40°pulling angle.
