PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized vitamin preparation having suppressed emission of undesirable smell of fursultiamine hydrochloride and good aging stability of hydroxocobalamin acetate. SOLUTION: This vitamin preparation is produced by coating a core tablet containing fursultiamine hydrochloride and hydroxocobalamin acetate with a coating of an amount of≥6 wt.% based on the core tablet.
