PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vertical bag manufacturing, filling and packaging machine capable of providing additional functions other than sealing on a cross sealing part of a packaging material F. SOLUTION: An upper and lower separating cutter 20 for cutting an intermediate region of the cross sealing part in the crosswise direction is assembled in one part of a cross sealing block 10. A pair of the cross sealing blocks 10 forms a lower end cross sealing part 110 at an upper side than a cutting part by the upper and lower separating cutter 20 to a cylindrical packaging material F, and is equipped with a sealing face 11 forming an upper end cross sealing part 120 with a required additional function in addition to the sealing function for the packaging material F. In addition, the function of improving cutter 40 for cutting a part of the upper end cross sealing part 120 and improving the additional function of the upper end cross sealing part 120 is assembled.
