PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device mounted in a vehicle capable of securing good visibility for occupants (for example, a driver) seated in a specified direction deviated from a front direction of a display face. SOLUTION: This display device is installed along a predetermined installation place in a compartment. A display pattern 7 is displayed on the display face 1a in a predeformed shape, in such a manner that the display pattern 7 displayed on a display face 1a of the display device mounted in the vehicle is projected on a virtual plane S vertical to the specified direction in a specified direction deviated from the front direction of the display face 1a (for example, a direction of a point of view P of the driver) in a normal-shaped display pattern 7'.
