PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus that entirely deals with a setting function, a power switching function, an operation section use right management function and an application action limitation function in relation to an integrated application to raise the working efficiency by utilizing the relationship between the above functions and to facilitate the maintenance. SOLUTION: An application management means has the setting function, the power switching function, the operation section use right management function and the application action limitation function for managing the range of a functional action which can be provided by the integrated application. When the setting function is in a setting use condition that a user can set an initial setting or each of various setting items by using the setting function, each of the conditions of the power switching function, the operation section use right management function and the application action limitation function, is uniquely determined.
