PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for completely preventing a surface layer from being exfoliated (separated) from the center part of a game ball for a park golf using a rigid resin. SOLUTION: The quantity of the resin to be poured into a mold is designated to be≤95g, and a very small amount of foaming agent is added to the resin to be poured. After pouring the resin fast with low pressure to keep primary pressure to be in a condition close to the atmospheric pressure, the resin is poured slowly with high pressure to make secondary kept pressure very low. Then, after detaching the resin from the mold, it is cooled forcedly. By pouring the rein fast with the low pressure to make the primary pressure into the condition close to the atmospheric pressure, the foaming agent incorporated in the resin forms independent cells of proper sizes.
