A cleaner of root heads has a joint horizontal axis, whereon a driver shaft with radial elastic cleaning blades are mounted. Each of the cleaning blades is fixed at one end of a rotary actuator shaft, consisting of two parts, which are made in such a manner as to allow rotating around the joint axisand are interconnected by a torsion spring, and the second end of the above-mentioned rotary actuator shaft contains a conical gear wheel linked to an immovable toothed wheel. The cleaning blades are made as bundles of elastic nap.
