发明名称 METHOD OF ADSORPTION REFINING OF BLOOD PLASMA AND A DEVICE FOR THE REALIZATION OF THE METHOD
摘要 The proposed method of adsorption refining of blood plasma consists in providing the perfusion of the patient's blood plasma by passing the plasma through a capsule with a gauze filter made of phosphatocellulose. To impregnate the filter, photoactivated 10 % calcium chloride solution is used that is passed through a transparent cuvette with flow rate of 3 à 4 ml/minute. The photoactivation of calcium chloride is accomplished by using ultraviolet radiation with a wavelength of 253.7 nm that is generated by a low-pressure gas-discharge lamp. The proposed device for the realization of the method contains a plastic capsule with an inlet connector and an outlet connector and an adsorbing filter that contains several layers of gauze impregnated with phosphatocellulose. The device also contains an ultraviolet radiation source, which is designed as a low-pressure gas-discharge lamp that generates ultraviolet radiation with a wavelength of 253.7 nm. At the lamp, a cuvette is installed that is transparent to ultraviolet radiation and filled with sterile 10 % calcium chloride solution.
