The invention relates to the devices for separation of heterogeneous systems containing suspended and floating up finely dispersed substances, and it can be used for dehydration of domestic and manufacturing waste water, and for purification of water during at enrichment of the mineral raw material. A device for dehydration of suspensions contains a container for heterogeneous system and a rod with the source of light and light resistor. The rod is mounted with possibility of reverse displacement in vertical plane with the help of drive controlled by the signal of the light resistor through the control unit, and it is connected with the flexible conduit, one end of which is fastened to the rod at the same level with the light resistor, and other is connected with the container for clarified liquid through the pneumatic valve controlled by the unit. The invention provides high quality identification and removal of the clarified part of the suspension that reduces its humidity.
