<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience of a user requesting transportation of a transportation object, and to improve efficiency in reception processing and delivery processing of the transportation object. <P>SOLUTION: A window terminal 10 at a receiving office A1 reads the address and name of a sender and a recipient listed on a mail 2, and a barcode label 3 attached in acceptance, and creates a mail receipt 4 by the image copying of the address/name sections of the sender and the recipient. And the image of the address/name sections of the recipient and a track number obtained by interpreting a barcode are transmitted to a mail center E1 as reception information. A delivery certificate creating machine 20 in a delivery office C receives reception information from the mail center E1 as delivery destination information, and creates a delivery certificate 6 regardless of before and after the arrival of the mail by using the delivery destination information.
