<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guarantee the validity of a charge rate in charging based on immediacy with the use of a reliable third party when a streaming content where an immediate distribution is required is sold by using a best-effort network where a scheme for securing communication quality does not exist and an average transmission speed is infinitely raised. <P>SOLUTION: A content distributing method and its system includes the content distributing part 5 of a content distribution server 1 having a function of requesting distribution immediacy to the distribution immediacy examining part 6 of an immediacy examining server 2; the distribution immediacy examining part 6 of the distribution immediacy examining server 2 having a function of examining the distribution immediacy; and a monitor agent 8 having a function of monitoring streaming data to be distributed to a content reception/reproduction application 7 and reporting the monitor result to the distribution immediacy examining part 6 of the distribution immediacy examining server 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
