<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to obtain a sufficiently large jointing strength without impairing the appearance. <P>SOLUTION: The connector 20 is formed by a metal plate and one end forms a terminal connection part 21 for connecting to the other connector, and the other end forms a welding jointing part 22 jointed by resistance welding to a wiring 12 formed in the printed-circuit 10.
