<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic animation production system and method. <P>SOLUTION: The system and method automatically correspondingly store face expression adjustment parameters in a scenario template database mainly through data of voice variation analysis and adjust a face expression in accordance with a time base to automatically produce an animation effect having voice and expression variations. The scenario template database includes a plurality of face expression adjustment parameters, and different expression variation scenarios are produced through array combinations of different face expression adjustment parameters.
