PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plug-in type circuit breaker for wiring capable of saving space and facilitating voltage changeover. SOLUTION: In the structure of this plug-in type circuit breaker, terminals are mounted on a short side face of the circuit breaker; the terminals comprises a fixed terminal 3a generally at the center part of the side face and a movable terminal 3b above the fixed terminal 3a; the movable terminal is rotatable around a rotation shaft 8 and can be fixed at a position on the side opposite to the fixed terminal 3b by using the rotation shaft 8 as a center and at a position rotated at 90°from that position.
