PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a covered cable in which a high joining force is obtained between an inner layer and an outer layer even in a covered cable having the layers with low adhesion between the inner layer and the outer layer in terms of a material, the outer layer does not rotate in the circumferential direction of the conductor, and the outer layer is not separated from the inner layer even by the rubbing of the outer layer surface and the bending of the covered cable, and further, an electrical property does not become unstable. SOLUTION: The covered cable has a conductor and a covering layer for covering the outer circumference of the conductor. The covering layer comprises an inner layer for covering the conductor and an outer layer for covering the inner layer, and the contacting portion of the inner layer and the outer layer is formed in an anchor shape in a cross-section crossing at right angles in the longitudinal direction of the covered cable.
