PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advertising apparatus capable of reducing thickness and weight. SOLUTION: Inside the upper part of a circular frame member, an advertising sheet 8 on which advertisement objects such as letters and figures are displayed is extended and arranged on a light transmissible sheet and at the lower part of the advertising sheet, a light emitting panel 2 for illuminating the advertising sheet is arranged opposing to the sheet, and moreover, an extending arranging means is provided in the advertising apparatus with a frame.
