PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silicone analyzing method more accurately than before because a calibration curve extremely high in precision and having the high coefficient of correlation can be formed and analyzing a very small amount of silicone in chemicals such as medicines or the like. SOLUTION: In the silicone analyzing method for pyrolyzing a sample to separate the obtained pyrolyzed product by gas chromatography and subsequently analyzing the amount of silicone in the sample by mass analysis, the sample is pyrolyzed in the presence of hyaluronic acid.
