PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator capable of securing cooling capacity of an ice making chamber even in summer when the cooling load is increased as a door of the refrigeration chamber is often opened and closed. SOLUTION: This refrigerator is constituted to cool the refrigeration chamber 2 by a first cooler 17 and to cool the ice making chamber 4, a switching chamber 3 and a freezing chamber 5 by a second cooler 20. Thus the second cooler 20 for cooling the ice making chamber 4 is free from outside influence, the cooling capacity of the ice making chamber 4 can be secured and a stable ice making function can be kept even when the frequency of opening and closing the door of the refrigeration chamber is increased in summer and the warm damp air flows into the refrigeration chamber 2.
