PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil separator capable of securing an oil dilution rate while using a compressor of high versatility in a freezing cycle. SOLUTION: An oil dilution rate can be secured while using a general compressor by mounting an oil storage chamber 7 in which the reserve oil is filled, forming a first conduit pipe 8 opened at an upper part with respect to a reserve oil level, and a second conduit pipe 9 opened at a lower part with respect to the reserve oil level, and supplying the oil from the second pipe conduit 9 in the case of the freezing cycle when the oil dilution rate can not be secured.
