PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency heating device provided with a door automatically opening, in which starting time of the door is changeable to improve usability. SOLUTION: This high frequency heating device is provided with a heating chamber 3 to contain food 2, a door 6 installed on an opening part 4 of the heating chamber 3 openable and closable, a door switch 12 interlocked with opening/closing of the door 6 to actuate, a coil spring 10 to pull the door 6 tightly attached to a front panel 5 composing the periphery of the opening part 4 of the heating chamber 3 when the door 6 is closed, a door arm 7 rotatably connected to the door 6 at one end, and connected to the coil spring 10 at the other end, a handle switch 6c provided on a handle 6b of the door 6 or an operation part 15, a door opening drive means 13 to open the door 6 when the handle switch 6c is operated, and a control part 14 to actuate the door opening drive means 13.
