PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for reducing power loss and noise caused by friction between an end surface of a planetary roller and a retainer. SOLUTION: A planetary roller screw device has a screw shaft with shaft threads on the outer peripheral surface, a cylindrical nut with nut threads on the inner peripheral surface, the planetary roller having the roller screw engaged with the shaft threads and the nut screw on the outer peripheral surface, rotating on its axis and revolving between the screw shaft and the nut, and the retainer boring a fitting hole in which an axle of the planetary roller is fitted.
