PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recognize winning or losing by allowing a person him who draws lottery to bend a bar shape lot without using an opaque box or a cylinder concerning a means for allowing the person who draws the lot not to previously know a difference in appearance which is required to determine the winning or losing of the lot. SOLUTION: One of chemical compositions which is changed in the appearance by mixture and the other one of the chemical composition which is changed in the appearance by mixture with the former composition are sealed in a glass or plastic ample. The ample is stored in a hollow container which is flexible and made with a transparent or translucent plastic as a raw material. The hollow container is bent so as to break the ample.
