PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a home electric cooking device allowing a user to appropriately monitor and control the information from a plurality of electric appliances at various spots at home with a monitor part of the home electric cooking device nearby while the user is in a kitchen by displaying the information on the plurality of electric appliances at home in the prescribed home electric cooking device in the kitchen. SOLUTION: Communication means for transmitting or receiving information are mounted on the prescribed home electric cooking device 49 and various electric appliances 42-56 and 62 in the periphery respectively, and the prescribed home electric cooking device 49 has the monitor part 21 for receiving and displaying the information from the various electric appliances 24-56 and 62. Accordingly, the user can monitor and control the information from the various electric appliances 42-56 and 62 with the monitor part 21. With this structure, the user can appropriately monitor and control the information on a plurality of electric appliances at various spots at home with the monitor part of the home electric cooking device nearby while the user is in the kitchen, so that the user can take measures according to the contents of the information.
