CUTTING APPARATUS FOR NOODLE PREPARATION USE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting apparatus for noodle preparation use capable of easily releasing noodle strings from a ridge blade and a valley blade of a cutter roller. SOLUTION: A pair of cutter rollers 1A each having a comb-like cutting blade composed of ridge blades 3a and valley blades 3b are arranged oppositely to each other by engaging the ridge blades 3a and the valley blades 3b alternately with each other to continuously slit a rolled noodle sheet to a prescribed width. The roller body 2 of the cutter roller 1A contains an air channel 4 extended in axial direction and connected to an air-source. Air is ejected from the inside of the roller body 2 against the blade face of the valley blade 3b through an air ejection channel 6 connected to the air channel 4 at an end and opened on the blade face of the valley blade 3b at the other end.
