PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanter for transplanting a vine seedling and watering at the same time and capable of watering the whole stem part of the vine seedling embedded in soil. SOLUTION: A seedling planting member receiving the vine seedling from a seedling transporting part, holding the seedling and planting on a field is composed of a supporting part having an arm form and a clamping part placed at the tip end of the supporting part and clamping the seedling. The supporting part has a space for passing water and a discharging opening opened at the tip end of the supporting part to discharge water passed through the space.
