MANUFACTURING METHOD OF SEPARATOR FOR FUEL BATTERY SINGLE CELL, SEPARATOR FOR FUEL BATTERY SINGLE CELL, AND SCREEN BOARD FOR MANUFACTURE OF FUEL BATTERY SINGLE CELL SEPARATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent erroneous formation of a sealing layer by preventing bending generated when a screen board is separated from the separator for fuel battery single cell after screen printing.

SOLUTION: A screen board 25 having a sealing layer formation hole 26 made into mesh is pasted to a separator 11, and a sealing layer 24 is formed by screen printing at the passage part 23 and the opening peripheral part of the manifold holes 22A, 22B formed at the separator 11. Then, the screen printing is performed by using a screen board 25, in which an elastic body 29 that pushes up the screen board in the direction of separating from the separator 11 is provided at the portion corresponding to the manifold holes 22A, 22B where the sealing layers 24 are densely aggregated.
