PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce processing for ensuring security.

SOLUTION: A SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) server 103 receives respective SDPs (Session Description Protocols) from a digital camera 102 and a printer 101 to be transferred to a security management server 104. The SDP contains security information. The security management server 104 generates IPsec setting contents on the basis of the SDP received from the SIP server 103 so as to be transmitted to the digital camera 102 and the printer 101.
