<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a large capacity, compact laminated ceramic capacitor with high reliability, and to provide manufacturing method thereof. <P>SOLUTION: In a laminated ceramic capacitor forming an external electrode at the end surface of an element assembly, where a ceramic layer and a conductive layer have been laminated alternately, this method is characterized by a coefficient α of 3.22 or less obtained from the following expression and satisfies this relation to ensure a laminated ceramic capacitor with high reliability.
