<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an organic EL display device which is evaded from deterioration of a drying agent, superior in moisture resistance, and has sufficient barrier performance to water and oxygen, and in which thinness and weight reduction are not prevented. <P>SOLUTION: A first flexible substrate and a second flexible substrate are formed by interposing a laminated body consisting of various kinds of layers having different conductivity which constitute an electronic circuit including a pair of electrodes formed interposing a luminous layer. At least one of the substrates out of the first flexible substrate and the second flexible substrate encloses a drying agent, and the flexible substrate having enclosed this drying agent has a metallic foil as a substrate to be formed with the drying agent, and the drying agent is composed of a plurality of island shape drying agents separated from the other adjoining drying agents. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
